The Early Universal Machine Cancellations: Collingwood

According to the Report of the Auditor General, the rental of the Collingwood Universal began April 1, 1917. This was replaced by a Columbia machine on July 1, 1919.

The dater hub is about 22mm in diameter, and its right side is about 8-9mm from the start of the obliterator.
